Return conditions & right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep a purchased item. Within this period you have the right, without stating reasons, to inform us that you want to return an item (the right of withdrawal). The 14 days period starts from the day on which you received the purchased products.

We ask you to always use our online return form to submit the return application. This online return application form can be found at our website or in your registered account. It helps if you can also inform us of your return decision in advance via email. To ship back the purchased product to us, we ask you to put the copy of the order details to the return shipment.

When you return an item, we assume that the item is complete - and as far as reasonably possible - in the original state and in the original packaging. When an item is damaged or incomplete, Holland BabyShop can reserve the right to request compensation.

Note: You cannot return food, cosmetics, personal care products for reasons of hygiene, after the seal has been broken. When you return an item, the item in question may never show signs of use.

Refund

We will refund the prepaid amount no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned products. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the purchase. Prepaid shipping costs are deducted. You can follow the return handling status by viewing from your registered account.
