Delivery within 2 – 4 working days for all international orders! *
Holland BabyShop has upgraded all international shipping to UPS express. This offers 2 – 4 working days delivery time to almost all the destinations around the world. This has shortened the delivery time considerably. As our customer, you can expect to receive the ordered products within 2 – 4 working days from the time of parcel dispatch. You would be notified by email throughout the international shipping process until delivery.
* All orders with ship-to address outside the Netherlands
The shipping rate is based on the gross shipping weight and the ship-to country of the order. We are dedicated to have the right weight for the product. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Sometimes, we may not get the accurate total gross weight until the packet is ready. In this case, we will inform you in time if the total gross weight is beyond or below certain range.
Shipping is done in a timely manner. Your packet will be shipped away normally within 2- 4 working days after your order is confirmed and payment is received. When your packet is shipped away, you will receive an email notice from us. In the email you get a tracking number for the shipment and instruction on how to track the shipment. All packets are shipped registered, so when the packet is delivered to the delivery address, it requires you or your assignee to sign for receiving.
In case you need to make changes to your order after your order is confirmed, you need to inform us immediately so that we may still make changes for you. Once your order is completed, packet is shipped or moved to the shipping status, we cannot make any changes for you.
